Welcome to the RTC Upload Portal. The below menu will guide you through each step of the upload process. Show/Hide RTC submission step summary
  • Each of the RTC submission steps is summarized below:
    • START - Enter the ITR# for the RTCs.
    • VERIFY ITR DATA - View and confirm ITR information.
    • UPLOAD RTCs - Select the RTC file to upload.
    • REVIEW RESPONSES - Preview and verify the RTC data to be uploaded.
    • VERIFY/UPDATE POCs - Verify POCs for the ITR and update if needed.
    • SUBMIT - Submit the response to Comments for the ITR.
    • CONFIRMATION - Success! You have submitted the RTCs for the current cycle.

PLEASE NOTE:
  • The file used for the "Upload Response to Comments" below must be based on the original Excel file that was sent to the POCs via email, with no changes in the file other than the entry of the RTCs.
    • (i.e., no added rows or columns, no other text changed)
  • In addition, the Comment # for each RTC must match the equivalent Comment # in ITRx.
  • Modifications to the Excel file, other than the entry of RTCs may prevent a successful upload!
